“Familiar Haunts” opening this Friday Oct. 15 5-8pm .showroom.

I lived on the corner of Noble and Manhattan for 5 years and it’s where I reconnected to the furniture making training I had received in high school. I would set up sawhorses on the roof of what is now the Noble Showroom and carve utensils and build furniture for myself and friends.

It’s been exactly 10 years since and I moved out of the building (passing along the keys to Jordan Colon] ) and up to the Catskills. It feels like a fitting space to celebrate this milestone and it reminds me of all of the important people who have been part of the journey.

If you’re in NYC I hope you can make it out on Friday for the opening or anytime over the next month to see the furniture and all of the other beautiful work that and Jordan Colon] have curated.
