Maple/walnut/steel dining room table and benches that doubles as an official-size ping pong table (or table tennis for the aristocrats). Ended up planing to about 1 1/2” thick…spalted maple with black walnut “lines”. Benches are black walnut slabs. Base of table is 6x6 steel I-beam and bench bases are 4x4 steel I-beam. Game on!
