Today we had perfect clients! It was an eventful day, meeting good folk and making solid business connections. A few obstacles were thrown our way, but we overcame and dominated the job.
After climbing half the tree, my spikes were sinking all in and the tree began to crack out and give way. So, I backed out of my climb and made the call to Duke Energy for an emergency disconnect so we could straight drop over a service line. Their technician was prompt and professional without flaw.
Kudos to our ground team today, William Merriote and Jesse Gass awesome job!
