The time has finally arrived! We can wait to welcome everyone to Wintergreen Resort for the start of the Virginia Student Services Conference. We can't wait to see you on the mountain!

We are absolutely thrilled to welcome our final distinguished panelist for VSSC, the incredible Mr. Casey L. Perry 🎉

Casey Lowell Perry hails from the great state of North Carolina. He is the youngest of 3 men. Mr. Perry graduated from Elizabeth City State University in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Mr. Casey L. Perry is a Fall 2008 initiate Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Incorporated. He also is a spring 2018 initiate of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Fraternity of America Inc. During his tenure at ECSU he was super involved and engagement with organizations, campus activities, and opportunities as he also interned for the Department of Student Activities. Casey L. Perry was offered and accepted an amazing career opportunity to work for the Student Activities as the Coordinator for Clubs and Organizations the day after graduation. 2 Years later he moved on to be the Assistant Director of Student Activities at Hampton University with managing Greek Life, Student Leadership, and Programs. Mr. Perry is currently the Director of Student Life & Engagement at Virginia State University. Mr. Casey Perry is currently the Director of Student Life and Engagement at Virginia State University where he also just celebrated his 9 year Trojanversary and specializes in Student Engagement Strategies, Programming, Greek Life, and Leadership Development.

Get ready to meet a proud North Carolina native and dedicated ECSU Alum! He is also a respected member of the Divine Nine! He recently celebrated a major milestone: his 9th "Trojanversary"!

🎉 Meet the third panelist for VSSC the incredible Dr. Alex Hall✨

Alex Hall (she/her) has served in many different roles in the Division of Student Affairs at the University of Virginia since 2010; she is currently serving as an Associate Dean of Students and the Director of Care and Support Services (CASS) in Student Health and Wellness. Alex works alongside CASS colleagues and University partners to support student's health, well-being, and success through direct intervention, one-on-one student support, and addressing systemic barriers. Alex also provides strategic leadership for the CASS team, and views her role as an opportunity to remove barriers for others doing their best work. Alex is a proud alumna of the University of Virginia (Class of 2010), holds an M.Ed. in College Student Personnel Administration from James Madison University, and earned her Ed.D. from University of Virginia' School of Education and Human Development in May of 2024. In addition to her current work, Alex has previously worked in areas including Fraternity & Sorority Life, Student Conduct, Orientation, Academic Integrity, and Title IX response, and she applies these prior professional experiences to understand the diverse and holistic student experiences of our students.
