Vermont Furniture Designs Vermont Furniture Designs is a manufacturer of heirloom quality hardwood furniture near Burlington, The duo has also launched Vermont Handcrafted Furniture.

On January 1, 2017 longtime employees Adam Blaisdell and Rob Bachand purchased the company from original owner/founder Arthur Weitzenfeld. The new owners both honed their craft through many years of being an integral part in growing Vermont Furniture Designs into what it is today. Adam and Rob plan to continue producing the beautiful and time less heirloom quality furniture the company is known fo

r throughout the country. This is a new company under the Vermont Furniture Designs umbrella that will push the boundaries of style and design into uncharted territory. Live edge offerings, built-ins, custom pieces, and collaborations with local stone masons/metal workers are all on the table. By diversifying in this way, Vermont Handcrafted Furniture is sure to take Adam, Rob, and their highly skilled crew of craftspeople on many exciting new adventures!

💛 At the finish line of the Big Beautiful Life Run Walk & Roll, there are moments that stops you in your tracks.

One is a beautiful handcrafted wooden stand, lovingly donated by Vermont Furniture Designs , it holds the helmet of our inspiration — Addi Carroll, Essex Firefighter 15A1.

🪖As participants cross the finish line, they reach out and tap her helmet — a quiet, powerful moment of connection, gratitude, and love. It is one of the most meaningful traditions of our event, and it would not be possible without the incredible generosity of Vermont Furniture Designs.Thank you for giving Addi's helmet the home it deserves — and for helping every runner, walker, and roller share a moment with the girl who inspires us all. 🙏
