This is our next project. If you live in eastern NC please put plastic under your house and shut all foundation vents and never open them again. If you have water under your house put in a good dehumidifier. We see way too much of this because of moisture. I know the old saying is open the vents in summer and close in winter that was true before we had hvac systems under houses. If we can help you with any of these things give us a call 252-642-9003.
