J. Thayer Company was proud to be a sponsor at the Transition Projects, Inc. Impact Gala a the Portland Art Museum on Saturday. Helping people in our community transition from homelessness to housing is a cause that is very dear to our company and ongoing efforts.

Being out with our employees, colleagues, and family was very special.

Transition Projects by the Numbers in 2025:
5,686 people living unsheltered connected with their Outreach Team
1,149 Veterans received supportive services
810 people moved into housing, including 380 Veterans
6,324 people served at their Resource Center (hygiene, mail, clothing, etc.)
89,710 meals provided by volunteers
789 people found shelter through their Set-Aside Program
3,354 people accessed shelter across their 8 shelters
