Even though there have been no confirmed cases of the coronavirus in Grant County, the City of Williamstown is taking this matter very seriously to protect our citizens, employees, and those most vulnerable to this outbreak.
Our offices have implemented new polices and rules to help limit or ward off any type of exposure or outbreak for everyone. As of Monday, March 16th, the Williamstown Senior Center will be closed until April 6th. The scheduled Williamstown City Council meeting as well as the Board of Adjustment meeting has been cancelled.
The Williamstown City Building and all other utility locations will also be closed to all outside public as of Monday, March 16th. However, offices will still be available to the public via phone at 859-824-3633. We ask that you please use other available options to pay your utilities, by night deposit, drive-thru window, USPS mail, phone at 859-824-3633, or on our website.
Cable and Internet installs will be postponed until April 3rd, at which time this matter will be reassessed. Any repairs to your cable or internet service that cannot be fixed from our offices and require a technician to come inside your home will be postponed. The affected customer is asked to call 859-824-3633 for further details should this matter arise.

The Splash Park is now open for the summer!

The splash pad will open for the season Saturday, May 25th. It will remain open until Labor Day weekend with operational hours of 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.

The Williamstown Splash Park will be open Daily from 9:00 a.m. – 8 p.m. beginning this Friday, August 3rd.
We hope you enjoy the splash pad and we apologize for the delays.
Please drive safely on Waterworks Road and read and obey the 25 mile per hour speed limit. Williamstown Police Department will be heavily enforcing the speed limit.
The Splash Park is Phase 1 of a new park that will also have a new playground and soccer fields. The location was chosen because it was a part of the land that was purchased for the new water plant.
