It's Sunday. For many that means a day of praise and worship. For me and what I teach it's a day of reflection. How did last week go? What did I accomplish? What do I want to do better?

You make this checklist in your mind and then you find a quiet space to just clear this list. You meditate, guided Meditations are fine, you clear your mind.

You go through what you want to change first, bring that thought into your mind and decide exactly how you would have done it. This week you will.

Then take your wins. These should be feel good moments. I want you to bring them up in your mind and remember how you felt during that moment. Full of joy, gratitude and love hopefully, but the point is to see what higher frequency emotions you felt during winning times.

Now clear your mind but hold that feeling of winning. So feel those emotions. This is how next week is going to play out. All you do is win. You see something and you take it. Anything you focus on during this time think of your positive emotions. Any thoughts that pop in your head they aren't you, that's your subconscious programming.

You see we've been programmed since birth to have fear. When you remove this fear you remove negative emotions. What do you have to fear? Failure? That's just a temporary setback and just needs to be evaluated differently.

As we move through each day it's important to stay grounded and in the flow. Alan watts seemed to be the master of entering the Taoist flow state.

Today I'm channeling my energy into my creativity. Acrylic in wood. So I have t done much painting but figured I could inspire myself.
