Russ Bassett was proud to participate in City of Campbell Police Department’s Partner Day, celebrating the many organizations that helped bring their new Police Operations Building and advanced technology environment to life.

As a partner on the project, Russ Bassett provided the console furniture for both Campbell’s 9-1-1 Communications Center and Real-Time Intelligence Center (RTIC)—two spaces where people, technology, and information come together every day to support public safety.

Partner Day gave us the opportunity to see those spaces in action, connect with the teams behind them, and experience demonstrations of the technology Campbell is using—from real-time intelligence and drone operations to robotics and other tools shaping the future of public safety.

We’re grateful to the Campbell Police Department for including Russ Bassett in the celebration and, more importantly, for trusting us to be part of their team and the community they serve for years to come.

What a week in Knoxville! 👏

After our first Be the Difference Conference, we made a quick visit to the Knox TN 911 Emergency Communications dispatch center. Seeing the before and after side by side is a powerful reminder of what thoughtful design, collaboration, and purpose-built console solutions can accomplish.

The renovated center has been transformed into a modern, ergonomic workspace designed to support dispatchers—creating an environment that's built for comfort and efficiency.

A huge thank you to the Knox County team for welcoming us back and allowing us to see the finished project. It's always rewarding to see a vision become reality.
