Loading dock rails completed at this new location for a local freight business. The inconsistent concrete work made following code anything but simple. Onto the next!

Interior finishes are underway on this one. This is always an exciting part of the project, especially after several years at it. Shifting our focus to the outside and dry fitting the entry gates. These things are stout!

Cable railing all buttoned up at Echo Lake. Black powder coat, black hardware & black cable is a clean look on this custom build. Pictures don’t do it justice, the scale of this house is impressive. .

Milestone reached on our Woods Bay project. 23 tons of structural steel, several moment frames and pan decking to support an upper level bridge/garage. We are excited to see this one take shape after many months of planning and preparation. Looking forward to railings and an interior staircase that will become the focal point on this modern home.

Handrails along these hardscape steps completed. Several different turns & elevations added a fun challenge on this one. The final result is simple, clean and it blends in with the surroundings.
