Bob and Mary started their ministry in the mountains of Panama where the lived with the Bugle tribe. As Wycliffe translators they worked to translate the New Testament in their native language. Bob and Mary have provided great pastoral leadership at Crossroads Bible Church and have been a driving force behind the Juntos Podemos ministry.

We just finished the long eight hour trip back from Volcan to Panama City.

This morning we attended a service at the Casa De Luz church in Volcan. We enjoyed singing a variety of new and familiar songs in both Spanish and English. Ryan preached a sermon on Mark 8 which was translated by fellow OM missionary Roger Branda.

Though it's been a great trip I think we're all excited to get home!

It's hard to believe we're almost at the end of our stay in Panama. Tomorrow we will attend church in Volcan in the morning then join the congregation for lunch before making the long journey back to Panama City.

Today we started the morning playing soccer with some local young people. Though we had a modest turnout, our team and some OM missionaries played a mean game of soccer in the church parking lot. During a break, Siiri a short term missionary from Finland shared a devotional.

This afternoon Ryan Skinner drove us to the mountain town of Boquete where he and Kelley lived for several years. Given the beautiful views and temperate climate this town is a major tourist attraction in Panama. The pictures do not do justice to the true beauty of this place.

The last picture shows an unexpected guest we discovered behind the door we've all been using. CREEPY!!
