As the owner of Advanced Exteriorscapes, I'm reflecting today on my birthday—and more than anything, I feel incredibly grateful.
Grateful for every client who trusted us, every person I’ve met, and every lesson this business has taught me. I started my first company in my junior year of high school, and now I get to build this one side by side with my brother (right). Every season we learn something new, and I truly wouldn’t want it any other way.
Going into the 2026 season, I want to be honest: business is not easy. It brings long days, sleepless nights, tough decisions, and moments when people think you’re doing great—even while inside you feel stuck. That’s the real side of entrepreneurship.
I’m not sharing this for sympathy—just transparency. This page won’t be about pretending everything is perfect. I want it to show the ups and downs, the wins and the setbacks, and the growth that only comes from doing hard things. This has never been a random idea—it’s always been my dream to change lives and serve people when they need it most.
The older I get, the more I realize life isn’t about “faking it till you make it.” It’s about showing up without a mask, learning from mistakes, and trying to be better every day. Have we made mistakes? Yes. Am I proud of all of them? No. But we keep working to make things right—and that’s what matters.
I want this to be a place where entrepreneurs can look and think, “I’ve been there too.” None of us are alone in this. I believe God has a purpose for me, and building in the landscape industry is just the beginning of something bigger.
To everyone reading—your support means more than you know. My brother and I are committed to building a legacy people can relate to, and I invite you to come along for the ride. Share your experiences or just follow along—because we’re all in this together.
“It’s not always about who you know, it’s also about who knows you.”

Thank you for all the birthday messages, and thank you for reading this far. If this was worth your time, I’d be honored if you shared it—your small action could encourage someone who needs it today.
God bless you all. 🙌
