I’ve never been happier healthier & confident about myself lately. Despite the career that I love, took care of the household and always been grateful of everything that I’ve been blessed with 😇🙏
Although, something was missing and finally I’m glad and so grateful that I found it. It’s called the -care!
You can accomplish anything and everything in life but if you don’t give the time to your mind and soul a rest, you will be in such exhaustion and feel like the world is against you, nothing is working and it’s all your fault! I’ve been there… and so glad I pulled myself out of it 🙏
-care isn’t luxury spa day (I would love one though 😜) nor taking fancy vacations (love one too 🥰) it would be just finding a corner in your home and sitting on the floor enjoining a sip of your coffee, indulging yourself with a great read perhaps a meaningful conversation/time with your “puppy” . Just to yourself.
lately by workouts been replaced with quiet time which includes, yoga-sitting postures, meditation & reading. Mind it I’ve been also eating clean & giving myself enough H2O!
Weighed myself after along time and I’m so glad that my clean eating habit had paid off with absolutely no workouts. (been counting my steps though 😊)
I ain’t a fitness influencer and not trying to expose myself as the perfect individual in habits but I wanted to be the awareness for individuals who are struggling to take care of themselves.
Although eating clean and keeping our body moving is important as also you want to remind yourself to keep your circle clean. People who you talk to and keeping the toxic relationships away. This will make your life and mind a lot better so that you can be around you.
After all, we all have given one life to live. Let’s make it a meaningful full one and be the perfect version for yourself, because at the end of the day it’s you who takes care of yourself, no one else🤗✨
