☠️ I'm baaaaaccckk ☠️

After a long hiatus, it feels good to be working on furniture and letting the creativity flow again!

I bought this table from a friend of mine and unfortunately I didn't get a better "before" picture as I already started scraping the old finish off. But, you get the gist.

This is one of the pieces I can't help but stop and stare at as I walk by. I'm absolutely in love with it! 🖤 However, this one has already claimed and will not be for sale. It will be going to the perfect home 🫶🏼

This antique side table was given to me by an amazing family friend. I thought it was so cute and I couldn't wait to start working on it! The top, drawers and little scroll designs were stained with Ebony and then sanded back down to give a rustic wood look. I added a gold transfer to the faces of the drawers that I sanded back down after applying. This gave it a worn oriental look and I'm truly loving how that turned out 😍 I added some new hardware (that I thought matched perfectly) and voila, she's like new again!

Look at this gem I picked up yesterday! I have no idea what they were trying to do🫣 But, they didn't nail it 😅 This one is going to be a dark purple and black ombre. Dark and moody, just like myself 🤣 Stay tuned, it's going to be a long while until I get all this finish off 🙄

Ornate style mirror has been refinished in the color peppercorn with dry copper accents and has been sealed with a glossy acrylic finish. Unfortunately, the bottom part of the mirror came with a chip in it. I think it just adds a little extra character to this unique piece.👌
