This bed is incredible. It turned out so much better than either Beth Baker-Melegari or I dreamed it would! It is going into a new build in the Akron area and we will be doing a second one when the next Pendleton pattern arrives. That bed is a dark walnut stain and the pattern is blues. Can’t wait!

We finished this footboard today also. Beth Baker-Melegari has the reins on the headboard as I’m not available to help. Headboard just needs the navy trim and nailheads added and she’s a pro at that! We are very happy with how this bed is evolving!

These gorgeous chairs are finally done and headed to their new home on Sunday! Beth Baker-Melegari and I have put hours into these beauties. We have learned how to gusset around an interior arm on the chair skeleton. We used Pendleton blanket weight wool on the chair backs and learned to put a geometric pattern on a round frame. Lots of love and sweat went into this duo!

Beth and I worked on this bed all day today. It’s amazing! Prendleton on a pecan frame. So gorgeous!

I was in the “neigh”borhood today so I dropped in to see my sweet Delilah and Sister! They look so content at the cattle farm. Carrollton is a twisty turn path to almost nowhere but I was scoping out a pretty blonde near there. (I liked her a lot and brought her home. 😜)

Back in January, I lost control of my beloved 2005 Highlander on slick, untouched roads on my trip up to the shop early on a Sunday morning. My reliable Martha was declared toast by the mechanic this past week, so I’m in search of her replacement. The start of it all. I bought a sofa table that came with 2 well loved stools that needed recovered. I knew Beth did hide work on purses and such, so I contacted her to see if she could “hide” my stools and a business was born! Ironically , these stools are currently the only cowhide items I own.
