Minimum 4 years of wood working / shop experience.
Install experience strongly favored.

Montgomery Custom Cabinets is a growing cabinet company in West Jordan and is looking for a lead finisher to join our team.
Job duties include, but are not limited to: Applying finish to hardwood and MDF doors, panels, banding, parts, etc. Going to job sites to do touch up. When the finishing booth is caught up, you may be asked to help in assembly.
Job Requirements:
3-5 years’ experience at minimum
Able to multi task
Able to read and understand blue prints.
Able to follow direction from Foreman
Able to lead and manage others working in that area.
Able to help in other areas in the mill when finish work load is light.
Experience in using stain mixing, color matching, spray stain, glazing and all architectural finishes.
Work (4) 10’s,
Drivers license and all other needed documentation to work
