When there’s this much happening in a room, the floor has an important job to do. 🌵 Our custom Flawless White Oak grounds the richly layered interiors of Caldo Verde at Downtown L.A. Proper Hotel, where the spirit of Mexico City’s Roma Norte meets Downtown Los Angeles.

Gobi is all about tonality. Warm, earthy shades shift subtly from plank to plank, giving the floor depth without overwhelming the space. Part of our Cashmere Collection, Gobi is crafted in 7.5” wide European Oak Select Grade and finished with reactive stains that bring out the wood’s natural variation.

Soft to the touch. Rich in character. Designed to last.

Warm without feeling heavy, light without feeling cool.

Pashmina. Inspired by the warmth of woven textiles, its layered tones of camel, and toasted oak create a floor that feels both relaxed and enduring. The result is a finish with subtle movement and an unmistakably natural character.

Made from Select Grade European Oak in long 7.5-inch planks.

Some of the most important design decisions happen underfoot. 🪵 Our Chevron Oak parquet flooring sets the tone throughout ’s celebrated Apple Tower Theatre, a landmark originally designed in 1927 by S. Charles Lee as Los Angeles’ first theater built for talking pictures.

Thoughtfully restored by Foster + Partners for a new generation, the landmark retains its grand staircase, ornate plasterwork, and historic character while serving a completely new purpose. It’s an honor to have our flooring become part of its next chapter.

Introducing Merino.

Its soft palette of linen, wheat, and light oak creates an airy foundation that complements both contemporary and classic interiors. Reactive staining enhances the grain, while an ultra-matte finish keeps the surface beautifully natural.

Made from Select Grade European Oak in generous 7.5-inch planks.

Introducing Aerial, a new colorway from our Cashmere Collection.

Warm honey, toasted oat, and soft driftwood tones come together in a finish that feels effortlessly lived in from day one. Reactive staining draws out the natural character of the European oak, while an ultra-matte finish leaves the surface with a softness that’s as inviting underfoot as it is to the eye.

Crafted in Select Grade European Oak and available in custom finishes to suit each project.
