One more piece of equipment back in the field instead of headed for the scrap pile.

This mower deck came into the shop with cracked main supports that had finally given out after years of mowing rough ground. Those supports take a beating every time the mower is used, so once they crack, the damage only gets worse.

After cleaning everything up, I welded the cracks and got this deck ready for many more hours of work.

I enjoy repairs like this because they're about more than just laying a bead—they're about helping customers get more life out of the equipment they depend on.

Whether it's a mower deck, trailer, farm equipment, heavy equipment, or structural steel, if it's broken, don't assume it's beyond repair. There's a good chance I can bring it back to life.

Another portable welding job in the books on Sage Lake.

This steel seawall cap had cracked completely through, leaving the structure weak and vulnerable to more damage. Instead of tearing it apart or hauling anything to a shop, I brought the welder to the job.

I cleaned the area, pulled everything back into alignment, reinforced the break with a steel plate, and welded it back together to restore its strength.

One of the things I enjoy most about portable welding is solving problems where they happen. Whether it's on the water, on the farm, at a job site, or in your driveway, I come to you with the equipment needed to get the job done.

There's something satisfying about watching a rough opening turn into a clean, finished look.

Today I'm wrapping up some block trim work, taking the time to make sure every cut is clean and every piece fits the way it should. It's the small details that make a big difference in the finished product, and that's the standard I bring to every job.

Getting the finishing touches done on this one. I’m spraying in the drywall texture to blend the repaired areas back into the existing walls. It’s always satisfying seeing the small details come together and watching a space start looking finished again.

Spent some time out on Sage Lake today taking care of a weld repair on an aluminum boat hoist.

Aluminum welding can be a challenge, especially when you're repairing something that's been exposed to the elements and years of use, but we got it fixed up and ready to go back to work.

I always enjoy jobs like this because every repair is a little different, and it's satisfying seeing equipment get a second life instead of being replaced.
