The perfect gift! Love this custom stained set of table and chairs the clients of Carousel Show Horses bought for their trainer, the logo looks amazing painted in white on these chairs we stained with our ā€œrustic brownā€ stain color.

Not a bad problem to have when you love a product(this is our bridle rack prototype) so much that you havenā€™t brought yourself to hang it in the barn bc it would love so good in the house to hang coats and such onā€¦..I suppose I could just make another one and have the best of both worldsšŸ˜‰ Message me if youā€™d like to have your own special items to be torn about whether to use in the house or barnā€¦.we are definitely up for the task!

Looking for something unique as a gift OR awards(these can be laser engraved)? Consider handmade flight and charcuterie boards. These boards can be engraved, have bourbon glass spots routered into themā€¦or BOTHšŸ˜. The possibilities are endless and these are truly one of a kind pieces with each one being handcrafted and shaped out of locally sourced wood.

It may look like a messā€¦..but this is how we lay out pieces to figure out sizes, design, etc. This project is a custom piece(we have since downsized a bit from this prototype) but this specific size of buckle box is 49 1/2ā€ wide and would fit 26 buckles and a 5x7 photo. Multiple messages and photos sent throughout the design process along with measurements for a piece of this size ensure we are giving clients exactly what they want.

Ribbon racks! Working on options for our ribbon rack. The one shown here is a large rack measuring 42ā€x12ā€. These will come in multiple sizes and can have a buckle ledge added along the top. Alternatively for awards we can add a board along the top to hold laser engraved acrylic customized for your show.

Four buckle plaque with frame or 6 buckle plaque with room for a small piece of personalized acrylic. This is an example of how one idea leads to another here in the woodshop and how we can customize awards to our clients needs. This buckle plaque will be stained with our ā€œbarn woodā€, finished with marine spar varnish before getting some decorative nailheads. The acrylic is for a 5x7 photo and can be engraved for show awards. Alternatively a six buckle plaque can accommodate a small piece of engraved acrylic for awards. Notice the routered ledges wrapped in trim with the added detail of trim wrapped sides for that custom look.
