Fancy new tools are cool but something about using old hand tools is a lot cooler 😎. This mallet belonged to my grandfather and is easily twice as old as I am. And still works great! 🪵🔨

It all started with a picture and the question, “Can you make this?” Those can be the most challenging projects but it’s nice to see the finished product when it’s done!

In 2019, my grandpa started working on a project to gift my uncle on his birthday. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to finish it before he passed away. Not sure what his vision of the finished product was but I’m grateful to have found it and finished it to give my uncle on his 60th birthday.
