It is with much anguish and deliberation that we have decided to close on Mondays. We have been doing our very best to avoid any change in our hours of operation but unfortunately, the time has come.
Staffing shortage is still a very real thing for businesses as a whole but especially the hospitality industry and our business has been no exception to this.
We love our staff, although small in numbers. They show up and they do whatever is needed to cover everything, even if that means working all day, 6 days a week.
But in order to give them the quality of life that they need to continue to show up and to preserve the quality of our product, we must close an additional day.
This will be effective immediately. We appreciate your understanding and will be anxious to see you come Tuesday!
