This standard-reveal, raised panel, birch door comes in our value-priced Country series. Available in three inspiring finishes, Toffee, Nutmeg and Espresso, Sierra provides you with an expensive-looking finish at an affordable price. Back: ¼” substrate, with 3” plywood surrounding frame, all plywood material. Rabbeted and stapled into cabinet sides, screwed into top and bottom.

End Panels: ½” plywood substrate, with light maple wood grain laminate interior. Matching wood veneer exterior.

Frame: ¾” thick, 1½” wide, kiln-dried solid hardwood. Assembled with glue and nails, under clamp pressure, which ensures squareness.

Hinges: Heavy duty steel concealed hinge, six-way adjustable. Can be upgraded to soft-close.

Shelves: ¾ thick, plywood; fully adjustable.

Toe Kick: 4½” toe kick with 3″ inset on all standard base and vanity cabinets.

This full overlay, Shaker-inspired birch door comes with a beautiful accent molding wrapped around the flat center panel. The door is built using a reversed raised panel that is very sturdy and very durable. Available in four finish options. A cabinet door at an affordable price. Back: Full ½” plywood back, installed with our interlock system. Screwed to top and bottom.

Side Panels: ½” Plywood sides. Light maple veneer interior and matching finished exterior.

Frame: ¾” thick, 1½” wide, kiln-dried solid hardwood. Frame and sides are installed with our interlocking system, which insures easy assembly and inseparable strength.
