In 2016, a few months after moving into our new home, Nate and I found ourselves on a frustrating search for quality, stylish furniture to fill our empty rooms. After many wasted hours spent dragging our toddler through one furniture store after another, we decided to reach out to Nate's hometown buddies for help. After a couple quick chats with small shop Amish craftsmen, the gorge
ous, high quality furniture we'd been searching for was a reality. We'd hit the furniture jackpot. We could fill our rooms with furniture personalized with our finishes and dimensions, made with quality that far surpassed anything we had seen in the furniture stores. We'd found more than just pieces of furniture. We'd found heirlooms to make memories around for our lifetime. Even better, since we bypassed the storefront, we bought our furniture at a refreshingly affordable price. That my friends, is how Amish Roots Furniture was born. You often hear, it’s not what you know, but who you know, that matters. We figured, if Nate's connections to these unique, talented, "off the path," craftsman helped us, why can't they help you too?
