ISSUE: Black or white screen issue โ€” game stops responding / lags

ISSUE: Buildings' tooltips do not reflect the profit increase due to decorations, although the actual profits are adjusted correctly

ISSUE: Different building types (Flea Market, Music Store, etc.) may conflict when attempting to place them on adjacent plots.
