Do you remember playing Tetris as a kid? I do, and was pretty good at it. I feel like Im playing Tetris each time I put a pallet of railings together. Fitting each piece perfectly to make the smallest space possible. Why? Because those carriers will sure charge you for the empty "air space" you occupy if the load has a bunch of gaps in it.

These boards always seems to go fast once we start digging into them. Hopefully this will keep us going for a little bit. We've got a mixture here of 1x6, 1x8 and 1x10 rough sawn Cedar. Then a couple log bundles. The driveway in front of the shop is currently a lumber yard.

After years of hauling logs, lumber, furniture, and everything else we could pile into or behind it, our old Ram 1500 was starting to show its age and letting us know it was time for an upgrade.

We recently moved up to a Ram 2500, which means heavier log loads, safer towing, and more reliability getting materials to the shop and finished projects to our customers.

Now let's see what kind of loads we can pull with this thing. 🌲💪

Entryway complete.

You may remember this bench we delivered a few weeks back. Yesterday we made it back to finish off the space with the shelf and coat racks. The install included a floating shelf and three coat racks totaling 13 feet 6 inches in length with 21 coat pegs.

Simple, functional, and built to handle years of boots, coats, helmets, and busy days at the cabin. Thanks again to our customers for trusting us with another custom piece.

At some point you realize trying to relive your motocross glory days comes with a price… and apparently mine was a sprained ankle. 😂

So if you’re in the same boat, our cedar log ottomans work pretty darn good as a lawn mowing footrest while you rethink your life choices.

Built solid, comfortable, and perfect for the porch, cabin, or around the fire once your “I still got it” phase wears off. 🤘

As Memorial Day weekend approaches, we want to wish everyone a safe and relaxing holiday weekend. We’ll be unplugging and taking a few days to spend time with family and recharge before jumping back into the shop.
