Throwback to the wine wall we spent 2 months building and perfecting.
Every joint, every shelf, every angle — dialed in over and over until it was right. This wasn't a weekend project. It was two months of trial, error, and stubborn attention to detail, because "good enough" was never the goal.

The big lie furniture stores don't want you to know: most of what they're selling isn't real wood.
Walk into a big box furniture store and look closely. "Solid wood" on the tag doesn't mean what you think — it often just means one component is wood, while the rest is particleboard, MDF, or veneer glued over cheap material. That "oak" finish? Often a photograph of wood grain printed on paper, wrapped around sawdust and glue.
These pieces are built to look good on a showroom floor and survive the trip home — not to survive your family for the next 20 years. A few years in, the veneer chips, the particleboard swells with moisture, and you're shopping for a replacement all over again.
Real hardwood doesn't work that way. It's solid all the way through. No shortcuts, no glue-and-sawdust construction — just wood that gets stronger and more beautiful with age.
