We have been busy working on some rental properties, just wanted to say hey 👋👋 and share this awesome piece with you.

This cute little fixer upper had a couple of quirky issues like an indoor A/C unit hiding in the front bathroom right off the living room...🤨 can you say eyesore??...Not to mention the potential hazards and added expenses if someone (like a child) starts messing around in there. It’s awesome when you come up with a good solution that is functional and hides the ugly.

We know that this won’t be just a rent house, it will be someone’s home and for that reason we don’t overlook the details! 💗💗💗

It’s always exciting when you see a big project like this come together!
