This window was brought to the attention of the home inspector during the inspection of the house and it was shrugged off as not a problem.. The home inspector is not responsible for what’s behind the sheetrock or areas that are not visible during inspection. The grade that slopes towards the window as well as the wood window trim at or below grade is visible. Well the basement flooded and here we are, making it right. special we got here!
