Transforming spaces, even outdoor ones, is a privilege. The homeowner needed a solution to cover the hvac units, but was looking for a one of a kind piece. Collaborating with the best, .fabrication, they knocked it out of the park on design and now a “work of art” according to the homeowner now completes this space. This is what we are here to do, solve problems in a creative, functional and one of a kind way.

It’s amazing what can happen when you trust in the belief someone has in you more than you believe in yourself. I definitely didn’t feel qualified to build a fence, but the client wanted a minimal design and was sure I could accomplish it. I leaned into their confidence in me and went for it. Fortunately, it worked out and this fence transformed the function of their backyard and added to the already amazing design of the home. Cheers to stepping beyond your comfort level and for awesome clients!

Refresh — LINE built this table in 2018 for some of our favorite clients. At the time it had a rich dark stain, but the table needed a refresh. Why, you might ask? They just moved into they’re newly built home (congrats 🍾!!!) and it didn’t vibe with their new design. After sanding this Ash table back to its natural color, the table has new life in its new home!

Annnnd here is another late post on a project that was completed a moon or two ago. Nickell Metalsmiths brought LINE in on this project to create a custom wooden door handle for this monumental door. Monumental is definitely the correct descriptor, because it's size and combined with an ultra smooth pivot mechanism you will do a double take. But the door handle ended up being just the start of it. -- As the new door was being designed and fabricated by NMS, the homeowners questioned wether or not their existing wood trim would look good with the new door. John Nickell, owner of NMS, said he knew a woodworker and magically LINE trimmed out the interior and exterior entryway on this perfect mid-century modern home in Waco. -- I, Josh, learned a ton on this project and will forever be grateful to the amazing clients. And as always, grateful for NMS, collabs with them are never boring, that's for sure.

It was a tremendous honor and desire years in the making to fully outfit a retail space for . As a company and personally we have looked up to Jonathan and Sara Martin as examples of creatives, business owners and people who pursue their dreams. -- If you’re local or visiting Waco, definitely stop by ! -- Sara was generous to trust LINE with creating all the furniture pieces, along with the custom shelves and metal shelving brackets Every element of this project was custom and handcrafted. Sara came to LINE because she was having a hard time finding the right pieces for all of her needs. She was after a certain design and feel for the space but needed the pieces to function perfectly for a retail space. Black Oak is a retail space, but as we wrapped up the installation we noticed how it also had the feel of an art gallery. -- Thanks again, !
