WINTER IS COMING!

Be sure to protect your home by having freeze preventions in place, especially if you do not have skirting!

If you have skirting in place, do a walk around and check for anything that may need to be sealed off.

If you do not have skirting, always check your under belly and wrap any exposed pipes with heat tape or insulation sleeves.

Run a small stream of water from the outside faucets on your home. The stream should be no more than a pencil thick. Moving water is less likely to freeze.

Put up any garden hoses and wrap and cover faucets out in your yard.

Small drips inside your home. If you have a double wide or larger make sure you have water going both sides A&B and so on. Example if you let water drip in your bathroom, but forget your kitchen, that side may freeze.
