Our goal is to provide quality pieces that are made from reclaimed materials and to build you those wonderful things that are discovered in shops and online at a price that you can afford. Ready for the last coat in the first room. I've never done this amount of finishing.... I'm learning and applying my knowledge actively. This is the one trade that I've had very limited experience with. Loving the grind but it's still a grind.

Got some items checked off the list now. My door got installed! That was the one must have item on my list when we started this build. And the big room is ready to be mudded and taped. Step by step....

Been a little busy.... we are moving along very nicely now! 2/3 of the house is sheetrocked... in 7 days with 2 people. Dad has been invaluable during this process.

Shop hack of the day. The light let me see when the collection bin gets filled. Just a little extra help never hurts! We had little over 110 bd/ft of poplar running through the planer today. Nice day in the shop!

Got it mostly finished yesterday! The doors are on, touch up paint on, and it's all trimmed out. We have a couple fine details to iron out but I would call the 99% done. The laundry may have a change or 2 in its future and it's on the priority list. This was a huge job and the client has been great. So glad to see these pictures and see all of the hard work pay off with these results. Largest build to date is done. I will get some better photos once the lighting is installed.

A few more pictures of installation process. We have the laundry shelves on site and ready for install. We have all the major pieces in place, we've had over 1 inch of change on a couple places out of level. But we did it! They are ready for trim and doors. Cant wait for the final product! Long time coming.
They had to move a switch to accommodate these shelves, so dark pics til then.

We got some shop work completed and followed it up on site today to install the more complex section. Several pieces came together fairly nicely considering the imperfections in the old structure. We have a stained seat area planned here as well which is getting wrapped up tonight.

We are finally installing the cabs on the biggest cab job to date. We did the upper section first so that we got the best measurements for this portion. So far everything is going in great! We are still painting the doors but everthing is built! Getting closer and closer!
I dont always stop to appreciate how far I've come. My home team is my strength! My wife has been the driving force behind everything you see. She has cheered me on while at times struggling to begin to know what I'm even doing. She has had to endure me at my worst. She has allowed me to explore new challenges and rarely ever questioned "shop purchases". She has made a man's dream come true and helped me Reclaim the life we deserve. Thanks Honey! Love ya!

The doors are ready for paint! Prime time! I've had my Dad working these things for 2 days sanding and drilling. I'm super proud to have the opportunity to work together with my father in this way! We have grown so much closer over the past several years. We have seen the worst of each other and the best. We are still strengthening a bond that becomes more valuable everyday. I'm grateful I've had this time with him. Thanks pops!

Doors.... lots of doors! Gotta trim and sand the joints a little here and there before assembly. Sure excited about the new door style and cant wait til all of this comes together! All we like is these doors and all the prefab will be completed!

So we are getting really close to finishing this massive custom cabinet job! The customer asked that we match the door style. And some investments are definitely paying for themselves!
We recently updated the router table to a newer setup.... What an upgrade! This setup is a beast! I built a vented box for the base with vac attachment to support the Jessem top, nailed it! The quality is top notch with Jessem parts. I could go on all day! I'm very pleased with the functionality and value these quality tools!
I mounted a 2 1/4 horse router in the Jessem Mast R lift. Works great and has variable speed control, which is a plus.
The stile and rail bits came from . Good price, great quality. Thoroughly pleased!
