Stop Highway 101 Rock Quarry in Paulding County at the Paulding / Carroll Line
This petition is presented in opposition to NW Georgia Land Holdings, LLC’s proposed Highway 101 Rock Quarry in Paulding County, Georgia at the Paulding / Carroll County line. NW Georgia Land Holdings, LLC is attempting to REZONE 201 acres of property located at 0 HWY 101 S, Villa Rica, Georgia from R-2 (Suburban Residential District) to I-2 (Heavy Industrial District) and seeking the Paulding County’s approval of a Special Use Permit to operate the proposed Highway 101 Rock Quarry. The undersigned individuals oppose the proposed Rock Quarry due to the numerous negative impacts it will have on the local community and the surrounding low-density residential and agricultural property.
