Today we are paying 6 &7 dollars a hundred on all steel we are paying 5 per hundred on appliances

We are currently paying:

$6.00 per 100 pounds for short steel (anything under 3 feet and at least 1/4 inch thick).

$6.00 per 100 pounds for autos (if they have both a motor and a transmission).

$5.00 per 100 pounds for shred (mowers, tin, pipe, cars without motors/transmissions, etc.).

$4.00 per 100 pounds for appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, water heaters, etc.).

Its that time of the year again highlanders to do some Spring cleaning around the house, yard, or work. Load it up and bring it to High Country Recycling for some Cash in your hand. We are now paying cash for metal except for Copper, Converters, and ACRs. We are looking forward to seeing each one of you very soon.

We are currently paying .05 for all steel ($5 per hundred lbs)
