✨ From Tan on Tan to Bold & Beautiful! ✨

This bathroom transformation is proof that sometimes the biggest impact comes from opening up the space and making a few bold choices.

The most significant change? 🚿 We removed the enclosed shower room and replaced it with a beautiful glass shower, instantly creating a more open and spacious feel.

Then came the fun part...the finishes! 👇
🤎 The old bathroom was tan on tan, while the new design brings in personality with a bold patterned tile floor and a penny round tile feature wall behind the vanity.

🖤 And those black fixtures and hardware? They tie everything together while adding just the right amount of contrast and drama.

The result is a bathroom that feels more open, more modern, and definitely not boring!

🌴 I’m Still Thinking About This Merritt Island Kitchen… 🌊

Some kitchen remodels just stick with you and this one definitely did!

I mean…a huge island with the cooktop positioned so you can look out over the water while you’re cooking?! 😍 Now THAT is a dream kitchen.

And it doesn’t stop there. The full wall of cabinetry provides incredible storage, while the extra countertop space gives you plenty of room for prep, serving, entertaining, and everything in between.
It’s the kind of kitchen that makes you want to cook a little more, entertain a little longer, and probably spend way too much time standing at the island just enjoying the view. 😂

This Merritt Island remodel really nailed it for me - beautiful, functional, and designed around the way you actually want to live.

✨ Wait…Is This Even the Same Bathroom?! ✨

Sometimes a remodel doesn’t just update a room, it completely changes how the space feels.

That’s especially true in a small bathroom, where every design decision can make a big difference.

For this transformation, we removed the enclosed shower walls, opening up the space and creating a much more spacious feel. Then we traded the outdated tan tile and finishes for a fresh, bright combination of white tile, a light vanity, and clean, timeless finishes.
