Help us give a big welcome to our two newest team members — Owen Rindler (left) and AJ Reyes (right)!

Owen just graduated from Versailles High School and has been part of our crew part‑time for the past two years. He’s been involved in FFA, CYO, and cross country, and we’re pumped he’s joining us full‑time.

AJ is a 2026 Covington grad and was involved in FFA, football, wrestling, track, Buccs Wellness, and NSHSS. Today is his first day at Knapke Kitchens and Baths.

Welcome aboard, guys — we’re excited for what’s ahead.

Through the Capstone program, Owen has combined classroom learning with real-world application, preparing him for a successful future in the workforce. A member of Versailles FFA, he continues to grow as a leader and team player.

With plans to continue full-time at Knapke Kitchen & Bath after graduation, Owen is a shining example of career readiness and commitment. Well-deserved recognition! 👏

NEW, businesses can place a BULK ORDER for Pit Potato for DELIVERY on Friday June 12th only. VAPPA will deliver coolers of Pit Potatoes in VERSAILLES ONLY by 10:30am on Friday June 12th. The potatoes will be delivered by a VAPPA member separate from any Poultry Days Bulk Chicken.

Potatoes are placed in a heavy food grade bag which is packed inside a Styrofoam cooler. Each cooler contains 20 lbs. (35 servings of potatoes) for $160. If left unopened, the cooler will stay hot for hours. Spice up your chicken dinner with Pit Potatoes!

All orders must be placed by Monday, June 1st with advance payment. Mail payment and the attached order form to VAPPA, PO Box 303, Versailles Ohio 45380 OR Drop at GNB, 16 Marker Road, Versailles Ohio 45380. Order as many coolers as needed. Make your check payable to VAPPA.

Another full interior makeover delivered by the Knapke team. From design to selections to manufacturing to installation — we handled every detail. After guiding our client through all their interior choices, we built and installed everything: custom cabinetry, interior doors, trim, LVP flooring, carpet, and a custom tile shower. All selected in our showroom. All supplied and installed by our talented team at Knapke Kitchens and Baths.
