Due to the weather, we are moving our The Joelton Farmers and Makers Market Customer Appreciation Day event to Sunday, June 28, 11am-4pm!!!

All of the fun activities and entertainment are still scheduled, just on a sunnier day!!! (fingers crossed)

I wanted an outfit to celebrate in. Red white and blue. I had these fabrics in my stash and I found a pair of shorts at the thrift store. The blue and the white have fireworks and stars on it. The repurposing of the shorts has a learning curve! I'm not displeased with the results but I'm not excited either. I altered every part of the shirt pattern lol it's barely as it was written, but I like how it turned out.

A color combo that I never get tired of ❤🤍💙
My first rag quilt. I made it small, 55" x 35", because I just wanted to try out the technique. I really enjoyed the whole process! Rachel suggested I could make some in gray scale with the thin blue 👮‍♂️, red 👨‍🚒 , or green👨‍✈️ line. Let me know if you would be interested and what size you would like!

I had someone comment that my Unpaper towels look like cloth diapers from outside my booth. I hung them up after I put liquid stitch on the ends of the threads to keep them from fraying. This is not helping the case 🤣🤣😅 they look even more like cloth diapers now 🤣

If you're like me and you're tired of throwing money away (literally) try these Unpaper towels. They are all cotton. I have used some for 4 years, they are starting to get holes, but I can compst them! The ones you buy online are usually made from flannel, and often double layered with snaps. The flannel ones don't absorb as well as these, in my opinion. They are also thicker and take longer to launder and dry. These feel and act more like regular paper towels. Help the environment, save money, keep clean!

We are set up at The Joelton Farmers and Makers Market with Barebones Farm, Leeann's Littles and Dwayne's Custom Leathercraft! There is a water bowl set up at our booth for the fur babies. Bring them pups out and get some goodies from Barebones Farm! We are here until 2 pm

This is the pattern I was working on. Cross back apron. It's still not right, but I'm on the right track. I could purchase a pattern, but I like the challenge.
