End grain cutting boards actually start out as a biiiiiiiiiig loooooooooong panel. When the glue dries, Ben will cut dozens of strips from the panel, rotate them 90-degrees so the end grain is facing up, and then glue the strips together! 🌈⭐️

This little end grain cutting board Ben made for me went on a field trip to the arboretum. I had a bunch of snacks for a Mom Date, and I knew it needed a bit of ✨presentation✨ It’s the perfect size for tiny charcuteries, quick chops and cuts, and all your everyday jobs in the kitchen. Usually, this board has a permanent spot on our counter, because we’re always cutting up some kind of snack for the kids. 😂 Ben is starting to offer this size in his regular inventory, so message us to get one of the first pieces available!

🎉CRAFT SHOW TODAY🎉

Ben and Bryan are at it again! The Dynamic Duo are set up at Hot Shop Valpo today - Saturday, May 9th - but with a twist. They’re outside! The weather is so beautiful that they hoped the summer breeze might put customers in a buying mood. 😉 The show starts at 8am and goes til 1pm. Bryan has flowers and birds of every color 🌈 while Ben is rocking his classic spread of wood goods.

Mother’s Day is TOMORROW! You’ll be sure to find something perfect for her at this show. Stop by and check it out!

We hear Mother’s Day is just around the corner! Have you gotten her the perfect gift yet? As a wife and mother, I can tell you that I use my cutting boards and my phone holder every day! Our house is decorated with many of Ben’s beautiful pieces that bring me so much joy. And Ben has made all kinds of furniture for our kids that is, ahem, “well-loved.” 😂 Take it from me, your mom will LOVE something from BKWW this year! Message us to see what we have in inventory!
