Anaehoʻomalu Bay has been one of the most sacred stretches of coastline on the Big Island for over 1,000 years. Ancient Hawaiian fishponds. Petroglyphs carved into lava fields. A bay so calm the water looks like glass at dawn.
And sitting right on its edge — a resort that just completed a full guestroom renovation in December 2025.
We built the custom casegoods and furniture inside the reimagined rooms.

Design Principal Fatima Silva led the renovation with a brief rooted in deep respect for Hawaiʻi's history — organic textures, warm wood tones, floral patterns representing native blossoms, coastal hues echoing the rhythm of the ocean, and custom-crafted shoji screens paying homage to the Pili grass found along the island's landscape.

Charles Dickens gave his first American reading of A Christmas Carol here. JFK announced his candidacy for Congress here — and later proposed to Jackie in the same building. Malcolm X worked here. Longfellow drafted Paul Revere's Ride here. Every American president since Ulysses S. Grant has slept here.

Oh — and it's the birthplace of the Boston Cream Pie- even Jason and Troy had no idea..!..anyway Limetree built the custom casegoods and furniture inside these historic rooms.

The $65 million restoration, led by Omni Senior Interior Designer Tonya Grine and architecture firm C+TC Design Studio, gave 170 years of history a room worthy of it — leather trunk-inspired nightstands nodding to the golden age of travel, light and bright palettes replacing decades of dark interiors, marble bathrooms, and Legend Suites honoring Boston's greatest figures.

551 rooms. 170 years. One extraordinary building.

It's a full-scale contemporary art museum that happens to have beds — AAA Four Diamond beds, dressed in Frette 400-count Egyptian cotton, in newly renovated guestrooms where bold color, modern casegoods, and steel-wrapped crystal chandeliers make "business travel to Dearborn" sound like something people actually brag about.

gutted it and rebuilt it as only can — guestrooms in red, white, and blue with grass cloth walls, navy-striped beds, bluebonnet-upholstered lounge chairs, custom ceramic lamps, and pillows embroidered with SMU nods. A reception desk hand-carved with galloping Mustangs. A vintage postcard mural of Exall Lake. Horse-print wallpaper in the bathrooms. Cowhide ottomans in the lobby. Tex-Mex smokehouse downstairs.
93 rooms. Every single one unmistakably Dallas.

In 1913, Pierre S. du Pont hired French and Italian craftsmen to build a hotel that would rival the finest in Europe.
It worked.
112 years later, it's still Wilmington's most celebrated address — and we built the custom casegoods and furniture inside its newly reimagined guestrooms and Signature Suites.
led the renovation with a singular brief: honor 112 years of Gilded Age grandeur while serving a 21st-century luxury traveler. European salon-inspired Signature Suites with custom built-ins and burnished gold accents. Refreshed Legacy Rooms where original architectural details share space with elevated furnishings, premium linens, and monogrammed HOTEL DU PONT duvets.
When the Gold Ballroom was built by 30 artisans over the course of a year, and your lobby floors are original 1913 mosaic tile, the furniture inside 217 guestrooms cannot be an afterthought.
