Bidet. I have heard the word for decades, but had no idea what/how/why they were needed. Frankly, the ones with no seats still baffled me, but I CANNOT believe the level of civilization we have been missing all of these years until my husband recently spent time at a friend's house where he was able to use a Bidet for his stay. One built-in to a toilet seat. Simple to use, easy to clean, and elevates living to a formerly unknown level. I am SO thankful that my husband went on that trip!
A plumber is not needed for installation for this model and, while the water it uses is not heated, (that's a much more expensive model that would need a plumber and hot water that is not on-demand as ours is) it is not an issue. The cooler water gets you just as squeaky clean (not exaggerating) and is quite refreshing to your skin.
The steel k**b on the side controls the spray, both positions and intensities of the spray, and in mere seconds, you are SHOWER CLEAN and toilet paper is for blotting dry, not actually wiping anymore. Only the normal areas you would wipe are wet post-spray. The toilet paper savings is real! After five days of use, my skin feels fantasic. I cannot express how much this bidet toilet seat has improved life. If you are a person with normal bathroom usage, or if you have... issues with digestion, this seat will leave you, too, wondering why on earth you did not get one sooner. Here is my affiliate link so you know you are getting the correct product. You'll thank me later! If you have any questions, ASK either in comments or privately, and I will answer!

Oh, how I wish I had this all through those hundreds and hundreds of "that time of the month" as I could have felt clean in between showers, too. Don't wait, seriously. Men and women will love this.
