Saturday night, May 16th, is Prime Rib Night at Comanche Trace!

Chef Ian is serving up a lineup worth lingering over - Goodstock Herb Prime Rib, smoked gouda potato purée, prosciutto-wrapped asparagus, Turtle Creek mushrooms, black garlic au jus, horseradish cream sauce, and a mini New York cheesecake with mint and berry compote for a sweet finish.
