What a transformation! The grey completely elevates the space — it feels cleaner, more modern, and so much more inviting than that old yellow. What a transformation this place went through! We started by removing all of the old siding, which quickly revealed the need for new plywood and additional framing. That led us to strip everything down to the bones, replacing and installing new 2×4 framing where needed before installing brand-new plywood throughout.

Next, we wrapped the exterior with house wrap and installed a new window, fully sealed to protect against weather and water intrusion. From there, we installed double-5 white siding, making sure everything was perfectly plumb and level—giving the home a clean, sharp look and leaving it completely leak-free.

Once the exterior was finished, we moved inside and installed new Sheetrock, followed by mudding, taping, priming, and painting. To wrap it all up, we painted the porch with a durable enamel porch paint, giving it a finished, long-lasting look.

The end result is a solid, weather-tight, and completely refreshed space that looks a lot better than where it started.

The transformation in these before-and-after photos is nothing short of incredible. The amount of work poured into this room has been intense—from gutting it down to the studs and prepping for all-new electrical, to replacing rotted flooring, hanging fresh Sheetrock on the walls and ceiling, and going through the full mudding, taping, and priming process.

It’s been a team effort—just me and a couple of guys grinding away on four apartments, and this is just one kitchen out of the bunch. Seeing how far it’s come has me seriously stoked. Can’t wait to show more progress soon!

Dining Room Transformation:
What a difference a little teamwork and skill can make. Just the two of us came in and tackled this dining room from top to bottom. We repaired the ceiling and walls with tape and mud where needed, then gave the ceiling a fresh coat of ultra white paint for a clean, bright finish. The trim was also refreshed in the same ultra white, creating a crisp contrast with the new grey wall color. The space was completely revived—modern, elegant, and inviting. Our clients were not only thrilled with the results but also pleasantly surprised by how quickly everything came together!

The apartments have undergone an incredible transformation. Recently gutted and fully insulated, the space is coming together beautifully. The sheetrocking is nearly complete, with only the bathrooms remaining. The progress is impressive, and the customer is extremely satisfied with the quick, efficient work being done. Step by step, the place is being completely revitalized.

Our team of four efficiently tackled this project, beginning with a thorough clean-out followed by wall patching and the painting of trim, baseboards, doors, and windows. The before and after on this house is astonishing! I did this project in summer this year and completely transformed it. Firstly we took out all the old siding that was rotted and fixed the studs that needed replacing. We then caulked sealed and painted, first with primer and then exterior paint. Im super happy how it turned out the customers were very happy with the results and I’m glad I was able to help them get what they wanted done with zero leaks.
