Wednesday is free local delivery day (as well as Monday and Friday)! These carts are loaded with all the plywood components for cabinets designed by fellow cabinetmakers around the community! Their design, their brand, their business.

We offer two ordering methods... You fill out paper order templates and email them in to us, or we set you up with Mozaik software and your personal parameters and you simply design the job, drop a CAD file in a shared OneDrive folder and we optimize the parts, g-code it and send it to the machine!

The parts roll out of our delivery trailer up to your assembly table... Parts are labeled clearly, cabinet numbers up, everything in a consistent order... You keep the cart for the duration of the job, we pick it up when we deliver your next job. With this system, you don't need as many square feet or as many employees. No need to warehouse sheet-goods, and we can supply you with all the lists you need... door size lists, drawer box size lists, hardware lists, etc. Cabinets are predrilled for hardware (drawer guides, hinges, adjustable feet, fasteners...) And no, we don't try to force you into using a certain hardware brand or building method. Trust me, I've tasted that bitter cup myself (before we started this venture...) 😆

Efficiently machined on a high production, nested base CNC router, accurate to the nearest .002", edgebanded as needed, stacked in order by cabinet number, and shipped (FREE DELIVERY) to local customers Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Just roll the cart up to your assembly table and get to work! Cabinet parts are automatically pre-drilled for your choice of drawer guides and door hinges plus pocket holes and screw holes.
