Happy Friday everyone! We are really excited about our recent launch of The East Side Collection here in the store. I wanted to give a little background on how it all started.

Many of you know that our building was once home to New Old Stuff, a wonderful place loved by so many. One day, while I was searching for photos of the businesses that came before New Old Stuff, like The Station and Billy’s (I believe), I came across the postcard shown in the photos. It’s from 1913 and shows Pawling Ave and The East Side Club. How cool is that?

We are proud East Siders here, so building a collection around the neighborhood and its history just made sense. There are so many fantastic places through out our city that I am sure spark a memory in all of us. We hope this collection brings as much joy to everyone as it did for us to collaborate on it and bring it to life!
