When the pooper is falling through the floor!!!! Removed all fixtures, removed tile, removed rotted subfloor!! Replaced subfloor 3/4 inch, put down a 20 mill LVP, trimmed out and reinstalled fixtures!!! Not bad for 2.5 hours of work!!

Water Heater replacement this morning at a Dental Office!!! Old Tank was installed in 1988 after 37 years it had, had enough!!!

We wrapped up this wicked spacious 2/2 this afternoon!! Fresh paint (walls, Ceiling, Trim, doors, Cabinets and vanities) baseboard repairs and 100 sqft of floor repairs!! On to the next 💪

Just walked out of the door as the new tenant was moving into this 3 bed, 3 bathroom 1200 sqft apartment.

Removed all old flooring added Vinyl Click lock and a 3/4 trim out.

New lighting, faucets, middle bathroom got a complete makeover.

7 working Days later!!! Wrapped up 2 units in Georgia!!! Reinforced, replaced and added floor joist and hangers, laid new subfloor, new cabinets and counters. Laid all new Vinyl Plank Flooring, Base and 3/4 trim out!! Painted walls, ceilings, doors and trim!!! On top of all that 35 hours spent on the road!!! 2.5 hours each way!!! 💪

Hurricane Helene ripped the roof off!! The Bride and I put it back on!!! 40’x 24’ Pole Barn!!! This was a pretty awesome job for some wicked awesome people!!! You’ll see them around Christmas!!! IF YOU KNOW, YOU KNOW!! Keep it a secret!!! 🤫
