🚨 NOW HIRING — OPERATIONS MANAGER 🚨
City Boys Moving & Delivery is growing, and we’re looking for an Operations Manager to join our team!
We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, a strong communicator, and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating daily crews and schedules
• Communicating with customers and employees
• Managing job logistics and last-minute changes
• Keeping crews organized, accountable, and on schedule
• Assisting with overall day-to-day business operations
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• College degree in business, management, logistics, or a related field is a plus, but not required
• Previous management, supervisory, or logistics experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities at once
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and technology skills
Moving industry experience is a plus, but not required. We’re ultimately looking for the right person who can lead, problem-solve, and help keep our operation running smoothly.
