This is a reminder to all that during the off season there are no life guards on most beaches. Please do not swim in areas that are not protected by a trained life guard. Already today there has been two water rescues along the Jersey Shore!

Jersey Central Power & Light (JCP&L) continues to restore service to customers who lost power and has activated our retail water and ice program. A new Ocean County General Update has been posted :

Ocean County Provides Grants to Small Businesses

The Ocean County Board of Chosen Freeholders has partnered with the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) to provide $10 million in grants to small businesses in Ocean County affected by the coronavirus pandemic. This $10 million in grants is exclusive for Ocean County businesses, in addition to the $45 million in grant money available to all state businesses from the NJEDA.
