SEND HELP!

Does anyone have an ideas as to why my fire alarm goes off when Im sanding?

-Ive tried different outlets in the shop and in the house- all on different breakers
-garage doors open and closed
-heat/ac on and off
-attics are not connected
-vaccum is fine when not using the sander
-fire alarms are all wired together

Any suggestions or ideas will be greatly appreciated.
