It has been verycold,and I have not been working in the shop very much. But befor it got cold I did turn out in the rough some 10.5 inch walnut bowls..You have to get them close to finish and let them do their trick (shrinking and stuff like that) then I put them back and turn them to finish thickness 3/8'' or so.No two bowls are the same and I 've found that if it feels good in weight and size,it's done, many types of finish. I'm thinking of a showing and super bowl party..
