Red Bank Cabinet Company is a family-owned business since 1966, specializing in kitchen and bathroom design , as well as cabinetry and millwork for all spaces. At Red Bank Cabinet Company, “we make luxury affordable.” We are currently looking for someone to join our team of detail oriented individuals who is friendly, outgoing, and customer oriented.
Responsibilities:
• Answering phone, meeting and greeting in -store customers
• Scheduling appointments
• General customer service calls and follow ups
• Front office administrative work, billing and collecting payments
• Maintain proper communications with clients, contractors, designers, and installers
• Tracking of the customer orders , incoming and outgoing deliveries and/or pickups
• File management
• Assisting with administrative tasks, light cleaning, and specific projects as needed
• Telephone & Computer Skills a must. (knowledge of social media/marketing and sales a plus) *Computer work including Microsoft Office Skills knowledge in MS Word , Excel ,Outlook (20/20 design program a plus)
